What is the accepted payment method? You can pay by credit card, Link or Apple Pay. Payments are made via Stripe, an online payment service that protects the confidentiality of your financial information.

In which countries do you sell your digital teaching ressources? In Canada (except Saskatchewan), the United States and Switzerland.

How can I get a receipt for my purchases? Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a receipt by e-mail at the address you used to pay. In this e-mail, you can download the invoice as well as the receipt for your purchase in PDF format. Invoices and receipts contain Amélie Pepin's GST and QST registration numbers for Canadian customers. Please keep your receipt as proof of payment.

I can't see my receipt in my inbox? If the receipt sent via Stripe does not appear in your inbox, please check your junk mail. If you paid by Apple Pay, the receipt will be sent to the e-mail address associated with your Apple account. If you can't find your receipt in your e-mail, you can write to me using the "Contact" menu on the site. I'll e-mail you a copy.

Will I receive my purchases by e-mail? No. You can download your purchases from the site immediately after payment, as they unlock automatically. You can find them under the DOCUMENTS / OWNED menu. Note that even if you have purchased a license, the prices will be displayed so that additional licenses can be purchased (for secretaries among others). Documents are still unlocked.

What is the currency of the displayed prices? Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). You can use your financial institution's currency conversion tools to find out the current exchange rates.

Do you offer an annual subscription that gives access to all your educational resources? No annual subscription is offered. The documents are sold individually if they aren’t labeled "Free".

Do you make personalized projects or images? Currently, I no longer take contracts to work on my own projects. However, I’m open to suggestions without committing to fulfill all requests received.

What is a license? A license is a legal agreement that gives you the right to use the material subject to the Terms of Use.

Do I have to renew my license every year? No, there is no expiration date for the license. You can use the materials you have purchased year after year with respect to the Terms of Use.

I saw an article online that no longer appears. What happened? It’s possible that an article is withdrawn to be updated or simply because it’s no longer desired.

I bought an image bundle, and I don't see it on my shopping list. Why? Unfortunately, most of the Clip Art have been removed from the site because there have been too many violations of the terms of use. You’re responsible for saving your purchases on your device. You can contact me through the site by mentioning your full name and the name of the Clip Art purchased.

Do I have to create a user account to download the freebies? No, you just have to click on the links of the files which are located under the description of each document to download them. You only need to create an account to purchase items.

Can I share my login information with a co-worker? No, you must keep this information secret. You are responsible for each use of the site and its content through your account.

Can I use your documents for distance school (virtual school)? Yes, under certain conditions. Please read the Terms of Use.

I bought the wrong document, can I get a refund or make an exchange? Since you are purchasing digital material, no refunds or exchanges are given. Please take the time to carefully review the document preview and description before purchasing. You can write to me with any questions about a product before purchasing it.

I can't open a file, what should I do? First, make sure you have the file saved on your device rather than trying to open it directly from the internet browser. Open the file with the correct program. PDF files must be opened with Adobe Reader and Word documents (.docx) with Microsoft Word. If the file is in a compressed folder (ZIP), you must extract the file before using it (see next question for the procedure). Also, make sure that all available updates are done on your device. If the problem persists, contact me with the name of the file, your operating system, and what happens when you try to open the file.

How to open a ZIP folder?

  • On PC: Right click on the folder, then click "Extract All", choose where you want to place the folder on your computer and click "Extract".

  • On a Mac, this should work by double clicking on the folder.

  • On the iPad: First you need to download an application that allows you to extract compressed files, such as WinZip. When you upload the files to the site, choose the application (WinZip) to open them.

What is the name of the cursive font that you often use in your documents? The cursive script that I use frequently is called Isabelle and it can be downloaded for free from the website Graziella Pettinati.
