The forest animals are gathering for the dessert festival. Everyone is bringing something they’ve made (bear paws and gummy bears, beaver tails, log cakes, honey, Black Forest cake, brioche, apple pies, cheesecakes and more). The document contains a full-page illustration (8.5 x 11 inches) in color and black and white, as well as a list of illustrated words to find in the image (available in French and English, in black and white).
The “seek and find” game develops observation skills, concentration, and vocabulary. Children also count the items up to six.
You can choose to offer the illustration as a simple coloring page (black and white version). The color illustration can also be used as a beautiful decoration.
You can also use this image for writing exercises. Ask children to describe what they see or to make up a short story related to the illustration.
